Our group was created in 2018, to connect Golden Retrievers and owners all over South Florida. Part of Miami Goldens Meet up Club's mission is to create a sense of community, friendship, and love for our breed; and more recently to help Golden Retrievers in need. We gather for dog events in all South Florida pet-friendly spots.

The two wonderful women who formed our club
Hannah and Vivian, co-group founders and previous coordinators of Miami Goldens Meet Up.
Both of them met through work and shared a mutual love of Golden Retrievers.
They were looking for a meetup group for Goldens and could not find any active groups here in Miami at that time. So in April 2018, Hannah and Vivian decided to start one, and Miami Goldens Meet Up was born!
Although they are no longer hosting the group meetup events or coming as regular, they will always be in our hearts as the ones that bring all of us together
The Actual Team
Hello Community!
Many of you already know us. But I want to reintroduce ourselves again.
I am Alejandra and with me are Sugar and Olive. I am currently the hoster and organizer of the events of Miami Goldens meet-up. We came across the group when the founder and previous leader Hannah needed someone who took the leadership of this amazing community.
In the beginning, it was very challenging, but I must say that with the love of all of you and the help of a group of very passionate golden moms, hosting our monthly meetups had been so much easier. Not only they are my source of ideas; but also my support to bring all of you the best service; and lately, my biggest support helping golden retriever to be rehomed and adopted.
The idea of the Blog came to me when I realized that many people in our community need a source of information. A lot of members contact me daily via message asking for references about breeders, rescues, vets, grooming facilities, pet services, nutrition, and much more. That is why you will find here all sorts of information that I can collect for you to know.
